Shipping is free domestically. This means the cost of shipping within Australia is absorbed by skingrowsback. The carrier service we use to ship your order is determined by the size of the products in the order. Larger items like bags and backpacks are required to go to a physic address by our domestic courier service. This means our courier service is unable to deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
International shipping is based on 500g increments up to 3kgs. It is most likely that you can add smaller items to an order with no change to the shipping cost.
Domestic orders are shipped within one day of order confirmation if they are a stock item.
Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Orders received after 12pm AEST will be processed on the following business day.
In stock items will be sent that day unless it is a weekend or public holiday.
Custom orders (an order where you have selected the colours for the product) can take one or two weeks to manufacture. Please check the lead time on the given product page.
All import taxes and duties are at the expense of the customer, please check you local tariffs before making a large purchase.
All items delivered are at the discretion of the local carrier. We can not ask a local carrier to leave an item safely.
skingrowsback HQ is located outside of the Metropolitan area in Australia so please allow sufficient time to receive your order.
